STORJI TEXAS ON-SITE STORAGE RENTAL AGREEMENT — VERSION 2026-10-28
1. Parties and application. The applicant requests use of the selected storage space at a Storji-controlled Texas lot. The operating legal entity and exact facility address must be identified in the final approval before occupancy. Submission does not guarantee approval or availability.
2. Space and ownership. The selected 8×12, 10×20, or 12×24 building stays on the Storji lot. This is storage-space rental only. The applicant does not own the building and may not relocate, alter, sublet, or occupy it as a residence. No rent-to-own, Store+Own, financing, or Move-Home rights arise from this application.
3. Charges and billing. Rates shown in the application are charged every 7 days for weekly, every 14 days for bi-weekly, or by calendar month for monthly billing. A one-time $99 activation fee is due only if the application is approved and the account activated. No payment is collected when applying. A payment schedule cannot be changed without Storji's written agreement. Storji does not offer prepayment of multiple future rental months through its normal billing process.
4. Term and termination. The proposed rental is continuing month-to-month, with weekly or bi-weekly billing where selected. Either party may give written termination notice, subject to the final approved agreement and mandatory Texas law. The customer must remove their property, return access devices, and leave the unit reasonably clean. The customer remains responsible for lawfully due charges.
5. Storage rules. No hazardous or explosive substances, illegal items, perishable goods, live animals, residential use, or activities that create safety hazards. The customer is responsible for damage beyond ordinary wear and tear caused by their acts or those of their invitees.
6. Access and risk. Access is subject to posted facility hours and lawful restrictions. Storji may enter in emergencies or otherwise as permitted by law. Storji does not insure stored property. Customers should obtain suitable insurance. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Past-due accounts. Past-due notices may be sent. A $39 reactivation fee is proposed only after two scheduled payments remain unpaid and the second is more than five calendar days overdue, subject to the final agreement and applicable law. Any lockout, lien, sale, or disposal must comply with applicable Texas notice and enforcement requirements.
8. CONTRACTUAL LANDLORD'S LIEN NOTICE. TO THE EXTENT AUTHORIZED BY TEXAS PROPERTY CODE CHAPTER 59, STORJI CLAIMS A CONTRACTUAL LANDLORD'S LIEN ON PROPERTY STORED IN THE RENTED SPACE FOR LAWFULLY SECURED UNPAID CHARGES. ANY ENFORCEMENT, NOTICE, REDEMPTION, AND SALE MUST COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE TEXAS LAW. THIS APPLICATION DOES NOT AUTHORIZE IMMEDIATE SEIZURE OR SALE.
9. Notices. Routine communications may be sent to the provided email. Statutory notices will be delivered by legally permitted methods; email statutory notices require any election or consent mandated by Texas law.
10. Electronic signature and approval. By typing their full legal name and checking the consent box, the applicant electronically signs this application, acknowledges these proposed terms, and consents to electronic records. This application is NOT a final executed storage lease. Storji must approve the application and both parties must execute a final agreement identifying the legal operator, assigned unit, facility, access hours, and commencement date before occupancy.
11. Texas law. Texas law governs. Mandatory statutory protections control over conflicting language. The applicant may request a copy of the submitted record.
